Interview with Alette Rozenbroek

Alette is 54 years old and lives in Balen, Belgium with her partner and 4 horses. She works as a Sales Support Coordinator at the Pon Energy Rental depot in Bladel.

Alette joined the company in 2011 as a Sales Support Coordinator and holds that position today as she enjoys her job a lot. The role offers many varied tasks and frequent communication with both employees and customers, and a high tempo.

She holds a secondary school MEAO – Nima B education in sales and marketing which is a great advantage in her current role.

One of the things she enjoys the most about working in the rental business is that every day is different with new challenges which makes the job very dynamic and fun. Being able to answer our customers questions and serve their requests in a satisfactory manner is also something she also highlights.

On her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with her granddaughter.

Question 1: What do you like the best about your job?

The collaboration with my colleagues as well as the passion of our entire team to always want to help a customer.

Horseback riding, hiking and my granddaughter.

Question 3: How would you describe working at Pon Energy Rental and what is your proudest work moment?

Working at Pon is dynamic, no day is the same because the rental market continuously anticipates certain events. The most enjoyable part is being able to answer and serve the customer’s requests to their complete satisfaction. I am most proud of the trust our regular customers have in our organization, people and equipment.
