Updated customer satisfaction survey

At Pon Energy Rental, we believe it’s important to keep learning from our customers. That’s why we launched an updated version of our Customer Satisfaction Survey. The questionnaire has been revised and made more personal, so we can better understand how customers experience our service and what truly matters to them. This provides valuable insights that help us further improve our services.

What’s new is that we’ve linked the survey to a charitable cause. For every fully completed questionnaire, we donate €10 to Make-A-Wish Netherlands and Make-A-Wish® Belgium. This organization grants the most heartfelt wishes of children with serious, sometimes life-threatening illnesses. A wish fulfillment gives children and their families strength, energy, and hope during a difficult time, creating unforgettable memories that last a lifetime. For Norway, we donate to SuperSelma (the SuperSelma Project) who are the childrens part of the Support Association for Cancer Patiens. They create “Lysglimt”:  a project where they create uplifting moments for children with cancer and their families.

With the updated survey, we combine improving our service with supporting this special initiative. In doing so, we’re not only working toward a better customer experience, but also contributing to a brighter future for children who need it most.
