Hilton Foods Group is an international meat processing company. The production premises‘ power transformers were scheduled for maintenance, leading to a full cooling– and power supply shut-down. To secure the production process, they requested us to provide a temporary energy application.
We designed a solution to secure a temperature of 4°C in their production hall, which is of high importance to comply with Food Safety regulations. The installation included a chiller of 250KW, 3x low temperature airhandlers, a 250kVA generator, a fuel tank and buffer tank and all ancillaries.
To cause as little disruption as possible, we arranged delivery and deinstallation during the weekend. With our support they could keep their production process, packaging 1 million kilos of meat per week, running successfully.
We have delivered a 500kW chiller, a pump, a heat exchanger and equipment to the district cooling system that provides comfort cooling.
Rock Werchter is a now legendary pop and rock festival that takes place every year in the Belgian village of Werchter. We provided a combination of air handlers, chillers and fans mounted at height on a frame.
Tomorrowland is a large-scale prestigious outdoor dance event in Boom, Belgium, and has previously been voted the best dance festival in the world. We annually provide all cooling and ventilation for the festival site, for more than 15 locations.
